1. Is your network cabling qualified?
The level of internal network cabling is very important. Because network voice requires additional bandwidth to improve voice quality, it is recommended to use a CAT-5e (100M) or CAT-6 (1G) network cable to obtain the best voice quality.
According to experience, most of the problems of many VoIP systems are caused by the use of wrong specifications of network cables or the use of poor quality network cables. These road construction teams cut corners and used a variety of inferior network cables, causing enterprises to suffer losses.
2.Current Internet bandwidth specifications of enterprises
Generally, the Internet network bandwidth of small and medium-sized enterprises is not too high. Before using VoIP, you may need to consider upgrading the Internet bandwidth first. If more than 10 people in the enterprise use VoIP, we recommend that at least one 1M fiber-optic dedicated line or a higher specification Internet line be dedicated for use.
